Never mind, I will consider this a lesson learned and leave it at that. However - I will ask for the file first - if I ever decide to purchase from you again.
Are you giving me my refund since you don't have my adopt AFTER I purchased it? Or do I have to report you for theft? I hate taking drastic measures - but I do not like to be ignored after I have paid for an adopt!
As I've said - I would like a file of my adopt or give me my money back! It is polite to take someone's money for your services and not give them what they paid for!!!! :/ :/ :/
